Engagement: Melvin & Christy

For Christy and Melvin's pre-wedding photoshoot, we wanted to create something truly special that reflected both their personalities and their story. We chose two stunning locations: the peaceful greenery of Jurong Lake Gardens and the bold, urban charm of People's Park Complex in Chinatown. The combination of these two settings offered a beautiful contrast that captured the essence of their journey together.

To help them decide on the overall vibe for their shoot, I put together a moodboard with a few different themes. At Jurong Lake Gardens, the focus was on soft, natural tones to highlight the romance of the setting, while for People's Park Complex, we leaned into a more vibrant and modern look, inspired by the architectural details and energy of the space.

On the day, we worked to balance those two aesthetics, playing with natural light and composition to create a mix of intimate and dynamic shots. The end result was a collection of images that feel timeless yet personal, perfectly reflecting who Christy and Melvin are as a couple. It was an absolute joy to be part of this chapter in their story.
